Description

• In this section all individuals are listed, who have voluntered for one or more tasks and/or items of our project. If some personal data isn't listed correctly, please mail to the webmaster. We can display yes or not your e-mail address, the URL of your Home page and hide your e-mail address for "harvesting" by spider robots.

• Privacy

  We can on your demand send you a copy of all your personal data, that we have recorded for the management of our project team, for verification. These full data set is only accessible for the webmasters. Your name will be clickable on this list and linked to a page with these data, except for the "to do" list and the file listing. On your demand we can hide some data or show more information (determined by you).

  This rules are in concordance with the Belgian laws about privacy.

Volunteers List

• We list on the following pages, in alphabetical order:
  • The full list is only available on the sitemap page. This in order to not have an identical list available on two places (lesser work for the webmaster).
  • The submitters of data, scans, transcriptions (SUB),

    They are listed, without mention of the pages with their submitted data.

    Submitters, who want to support others, are listed as ST for their submitted page.

    Sometimes we mention the fact that we don't have a submitter or have more then three (in this case mentioned in the text on the page)

  • The Lookup volunteers (ST) are listed with a link to their lookup page on this site.
  • Proofreaders-English volunteers (PR),

    English speaking submitters are normally proofreader for their page, if they are the only submitter.

  • Support Team (ST) members,

    The ST members are listed with their specific sections of the site.

  • Management Team (MT) members

    The MT members will only be listed, once the Management Team is complete.

• On the Global Site Map (or on the relevant Site Map for the County/District level or lower), you can find who is assigned to the group of pages listed on each Section Map, as:
  • Support Team (ST) member
  • and the Proofreaders-English (PR) volunteer
  • But it's possible that one or more pages of the group does have an other ST and/or PR.

• The e-mail address of each volunteer _will_ be listed by default (but can be omitted and/or hidden for mail address "harvesters"). And a link to the Home Page of each volunteer _can_ be listed on this page

The e-mail address of the volunteers will be listed again soon, once we have implemented a Java script to hide them for "harvesters".
