Submissions

• If you want to submit data for the site, send the files to one of the following uploaders. If you are in doubt, send them to one, with CC to the others.
  

  The BELGIUM-ROOTS site uploaders are actually:

  • belgium-roots@advalvas.be (webmaster)

• You will receive a mail with the URL from the uploader, if your data is uploaded and/or changed. So you can verify the changes and confirm that you agree (or not).

• After you have agreed, he will send a short mail (with the actual URL) to the BELGIUM-ROOTS-L mail-list to announce the upload of the new/updated file. If it's only a minor change, he will only send a mail to the submitter, the ST member and the webmaster.
  You will see some temporary data in orange on the page.

• Periodically (normally weekly) the webmaster will take all the files in the transit area and move them to their definitive place on the site. He will also update the relevant index files, the site map and the "What's New" section of the Home Page. The submitter, the uploader and the relevant ST member will recieve a mail about this move. The mail list will only receive amail about the update of the "What's New" section of the Home Page. The file in the transit area will be deleted after 30 days.
