Administrative and Judicial District of Charleroi
The administrative and judicial district of Charleroi has been created in 1800 as the 3rd Arrondissement of the French Departement Jemappes. In 1818 the limits of the administrative district did change, due to the creation of the administrative district of Thuin. All municipalities of both districts continued to belong to the judicial district of Charleroi.Administrative district
